ABOUT US

Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Flexible Schools Ltd educates over 2,200 young people in 22 Flexible Learning Schools (12 based in Queensland and 10 other schools across Australia) and serves young people who experience complex educational, social or psychological situations which demand unique responses. They enable young people to engage in education in a supported learning environment through a methodology based on trauma informed practice, in which the principles of operation (Honesty, Respect, Participation, Safe & Legal) are embedded. ABOUT THE ROLE

Typical duties and responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

• Daily cleaning of all toilets.
• Daily cleaning of the staff and student kitchen areas.
• Cleaning of the offices and staff areas.
• Cleaning of classrooms in use.
• Other periodic cleaning (monthly/school holiday periods) as required.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven ability to work under limited supervision and in an integrated manner as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Current and valid blue card or the ability to obtain one.
• Current first aid certificate or ability to obtain.
• Current and valid Queensland Driver’s License.
